Description
The Maytag MED8630HC is a 7.3 cu. ft. vented electric dryer in a gray finish. Extra Power extends drying time, heat and tumbling to help dry thick fabrics and seams.

- Advanced Moisture Sensing Plus monitors moisture and air temperature to help dry large loads evenly.
- Steam Refresh and Wrinkle Prevent with Steam help reduce wrinkles; a water connection is needed for steam.
- Quick Dry and Sanitize cycles; 14 dryer cycles in total.
- Reversible side-swing door, stainless steel drum and ENERGY STAR® certification.
- Remote start and cycle notifications require Wi-Fi and the Maytag app; remote start also requires remote enable.
Size and installation
- Dimensions: 27 in. W × 30 11/16 in. D × 38 1/8 in. H.
- Door-open depth: 50 11/16 in. at 90°. Plan for the vent route, water connection and delivery path.
- Electrical: 240 V, 30 A dryer circuit. Confirm cord and outlet compatibility before installation.
