Absolutely. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready. Pickup is always free at any of our 7 Eastern North Carolina locations.

You can make a payment online anytime through our Bill Pay page, or stop by any Furniture Fair store.

Delivery & Shipping

We provide professional white-glove delivery within a 100-mile radius of our store locations across North Carolina. If your address is more than 100 miles from the nearest store, you’re welcome to pick up in-store or contact us about special arrangements.

White-glove delivery starts at $199 and increases based on the distance from your address to the nearest Furniture Fair store. Your exact rate is calculated and shown at checkout once you enter your address. In-store pickup is always free.

For in-stock items, we aim to deliver within 3 business days. Special-order or out-of-stock items can take anywhere from 1–8 weeks. Either way, once your order is processed our delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

Yes — our white-glove team places your new furniture exactly where you want it and handles all necessary assembly. We also remove old mattresses and appliances at the time of delivery. Please note that we do not remove old furniture.

No — currently North Carolina is the only state that we deliver to.

Returns & Exchanges

Furniture Fair offers a three-day reselect or cancellation policy. If within three days of delivery or pickup you’re not completely satisfied with the color, size, comfort, or quality of your order, you may reselect one time or cancel your purchase. Please return the item in person to your nearest store in its original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.

The reselect policy does not apply to mattress pads, adjustable bases, foundations, pillows, bedspreads, lamps, Door Buster items, special orders, floor samples, stock liquidation, or clearance items.

We offer a 120-day return policy on Nectar, Serta iComfort, and Serta Arctic mattresses. You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 days; after that, you may return it one time, up to 120 days from purchase (a $40 restocking fee plus applicable delivery fees apply). All other mattress brands are final sale.

Returns for online purchases are permitted within 24 hours of delivery if the merchandise is not as expected, within our 100-mile delivery area.
