Ranges in Eastern North Carolina

Confirm what your kitchen is plumbed and wired for. A gas range needs a gas line; an electric range needs a 240-volt outlet. Converting either one is an electrician or plumber call, not a delivery-day adjustment.

Standard freestanding ranges are 30 inches wide with finished sides. Slide-in models sit between cabinets for a built-in look and expect the counter to finish the edges.
