Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Area & Service

We provide professional white-glove delivery services within a 100-mile radius of our store locations. If your delivery address is more than 100 miles from the nearest store, local delivery is not available through our standard checkout. In such cases, you may choose to pick up your order in-store, or contact us directly to see if special arrangements can be made.

White-Glove Service Details

Our delivery team will place your new furniture exactly where you want it and handle all necessary assembly.

  • Removal services: We offer removal services for old mattresses and appliances only. We do not remove old furniture.

In-Store Pickup

We offer a Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store option for all orders. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Rates & Timelines

  • Delivery Rate: White-glove delivery starts at $199 and increases based on the distance from your address to the nearest Furniture Fair store. Your exact rate is calculated and shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
  • In-Store Pickup: Always free at any of our 7 Eastern NC locations.
  • Delivery Timeline: For in-stock items, we aim to deliver within 3 business days.
  • Scheduling: Once your order is processed, our delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window. During high-volume periods, scheduling may extend beyond the 3-day window.

Damages & Returns

  • Inspection: Please inspect your items upon delivery. If an item is damaged, please refuse the delivery and send it back with our delivery team immediately.
  • Returns: We accept returns within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
  • Service Fees: The delivery fee is a non-refundable service charge.
