Store Policy

What is our return policy?

Furniture Fair offers a three-day reselect or cancellation policy. If within three days of delivery or pick up you are not completely satisfied with the color, item size, comfort, or quality of your order, Furniture Fair will allow you to reselect one time or cancel your purchase.  

 

  • How to start a return: Please return the item in person to your closest local Furniture Fair store.

  • Fees: Delivery fees or pick-up fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply.

  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Exclusions: This policy does not apply to Mattress Pads, Adjustable Bases, Foundations, Pillows, Bedspreads, Lamps, Door Buster items, Special Orders, Floor Samples, Stock Liquidation, or Clearance items.

What is our mattress return policy?

We offer a 120-day mattress return policy specifically on Nectar, Serta iComfort, and Serta Arctic models.

  • Trial Period: You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 days.

  • Return Window: After 30 days, you may return it one time, up to 120 days from purchase.

  • Fees: A $40 restocking fee plus applicable delivery fees will apply.

  • Note: All other mattress brands are final sale and have no comfort return policy.

Online Purchase Returns Returns for items purchased online are permitted within 24 hours of delivery if the merchandise is not as expected. This applies only within our 100-mile local trading area. Outside of this area, all sales are final. To initiate an online return, please contact the store selected at the time of purchase with your order number.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at online@furniture-fair.net if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Special Orders All Special Orders (including Ashley Furniture items not displayed on our showroom floors) must be paid 100% in full at the time of purchase. Special Orders cannot be canceled or returned unless received damaged.

Refunds Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the return of the merchandise.

  • Credit Card: Refunded to the original card.

  • Cash/Check: Refunded via a Furniture Fair corporate check mailed to you.

  • Note: Furniture Fair offers NO CASH REFUNDS.
