SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Furniture Fair (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects the mobile information of customers who take part in our text messaging programs. It supplements our full Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

When you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile phone number, your consent record (the date, time, and method of opt-in), and the content of the messages you exchange with us.

How we use your information

We use your mobile information only to operate the text messaging program or programs you signed up for, and to process STOP and HELP requests. Our Customer Care Program sends order, delivery, and pickup updates, appointment confirmations, account and billing reminders, and customer-service replies. Our Furniture Fair Offers Program sends marketing and promotional messages — such as offers, sales, and new-arrival announcements — only to customers who have separately opted in to marketing texts. Each program has its own opt-in, and enrolling in one does not enroll you in the other.

How we share your information

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share the mobile phone number or SMS consent of our text-message subscribers with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the messaging program (such as our SMS platform provider), and only as needed to deliver the messages you requested; those providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

Opting out and your choices

Data retention and security

We retain your mobile information for as long as you are enrolled and as needed to meet our legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
